SAVIORLABS LLC TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE

By opting in to or using the Text Message Service (as defined below) from SaviorLabs LLC, you accept these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you and SaviorLabs LLC, 273 Middleton Road, Boxford, MA 01921.

All references to "SaviorLabs," "we," "our," or "us" refer to SaviorLabs LLC.

Definitions

"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).

Program Description

SaviorLabs uses SMS messaging to communicate with existing clients about IT service operations. Messages may include:

  • IT support ticket status updates and resolution notifications
  • Appointment and service visit reminders
  • Security-related alerts, including multi-factor authentication codes
  • Service disruption and maintenance notifications

This SMS program is used exclusively for operational and transactional service communications. SaviorLabs does not use this SMS program for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

Consenting to Text Messaging

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our general Terms and Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

SMS consent is optional and is NOT a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging in order to purchase, use, or continue receiving any product or service from SaviorLabs. If you choose not to opt in, we will communicate with you via email and phone.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SaviorLabs in any of the following ways:

  1. Completing the SMS opt-in form at https://saviorlabs.com/sms-optin/
  2. Enabling SMS notifications in your SaviorLabs client portal communication preferences
  3. Providing verbal consent to SaviorLabs staff, which is logged in our records along with the mobile number you provide

Electronic Record Consent

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP to any message.

Costs of Text Messages

SaviorLabs does not charge you for the messages you send or receive via this Text Message Service. However, message and data rates may apply. Depending on your plan with your wireless carrier or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier for messages sent to or from your device. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Frequency of Text Messages

This Text Message Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and SaviorLabs employees. Message frequency varies depending on your support activity and is typically 1 to 5 messages per week. During active service incidents or scheduled projects, you may receive more messages. During quiet periods, you may receive none.

Opting Out of Text Messages

If you no longer want to receive text messages from SaviorLabs, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may also reply with QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, we will send one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages from this SMS program unless you choose to opt back in.

You may also opt out by contacting us at support@saviorlabs.com or (978) 223-2959 and requesting removal from the SMS program.

Opting Back In

If you have previously opted out and wish to resume receiving SMS messages, you may reply START to any previous SaviorLabs message thread, or contact us to re-enroll.

Supported Carriers

SaviorLabs SMS notifications are supported on major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SaviorLabs provides the Text Message Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for delays or failures in the delivery of any text message, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaviorLabs shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Text Message Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Modifications

SaviorLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email. Continued use of the Text Message Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
