SMS Notifications from SaviorLabs
SaviorLabs offers optional SMS text message notifications to keep you informed about your IT services. This page explains what messages you will receive, how often, and how to opt in or opt out at any time.
What You Will Receive
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from SaviorLabs related to:
- IT support ticket updates and resolution notifications
- Appointment and service visit reminders
- Security-related alerts, including multi-factor authentication codes
- Service disruption and maintenance notifications affecting your environment
These messages are operational and transactional only. SaviorLabs does not send marketing, promotional, or affiliate messages through this SMS program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your support activity. Most clients receive approximately 1 to 5 messages per week. During active service incidents or scheduled projects, you may receive more; during quiet periods, you may receive none.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. SaviorLabs does not charge you to send or receive SMS messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to messages sent to or from your device. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Consent Is Optional
SMS consent is optional and is NOT a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive SMS messages in order to purchase, use, or continue receiving any product or service from SaviorLabs. If you choose not to opt in, SaviorLabs will continue to communicate with you through email and phone as usual.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to SaviorLabs SMS notifications in any of the following ways:
- Online: Complete the opt-in form on this page by entering your mobile number, checking the consent box, and submitting.
- Client portal: Log in to the SaviorLabs client portal and enable SMS notifications in your communication preferences.
- Verbally: Request SMS notifications when speaking with SaviorLabs staff. Your verbal consent will be logged in our records along with the mobile number you provide.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SaviorLabs SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt back in.
You may also opt out by contacting SaviorLabs support at support@saviorlabs.com or (978) 223-2959 and requesting removal from the SMS program.

Privacy
SaviorLabs does not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver these messages (for example, our telecommunications carrier), and only as necessary to deliver the service. Supported Carriers
SaviorLabs SMS notifications are supported on major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
