This SMS Privacy Policy applies to the SaviorLabs LLC ("SaviorLabs," "we," "our," or "us") Short Message Service (SMS) text messaging program. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information related to our SMS messaging service. It supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies specifically to your use of the SaviorLabs Text Message Service.

Information We Collect

When you opt in to the SaviorLabs SMS program, we collect and store the following information:

  • Mobile phone number — the number you provide for receiving SMS messages
  • Name and company — to associate your number with your client account
  • Opt-in consent record — the date, time, and method by which you provided consent (web form submission, client portal preference, or verbal consent logged by staff)
  • Opt-out and opt-in history — records of STOP, START, and HELP keyword responses
  • Message logs — records of messages sent to and received from your number for service continuity and compliance purposes

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through the SMS program exclusively to:

  • Send you IT service ticket updates, appointment reminders, security alerts, and service notifications
  • Respond to your inbound SMS messages
  • Process your opt-in, opt-out, and help requests
  • Maintain compliance records as required by telecommunications regulations
  • Improve the quality and delivery of our SMS communications

We do not use SMS data for marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, or affiliate marketing of any kind.

How We Share Your Information

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties. All categories described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to disclose information as necessary to:

  • Satisfy any applicable law, regulation, or governmental request
  • Avoid liability
  • Protect our rights or property
  • Enforce these terms

Data Retention

We retain your SMS-related personal information for as long as you remain an active SaviorLabs client and have an active SMS opt-in, plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance and record-keeping purposes. Consent records and message logs are retained for a minimum of five (5) years to meet telecommunications compliance requirements.

If you opt out, we retain your phone number on our suppression list to ensure we do not inadvertently send you future messages.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted storage, access controls limited to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews.

Opt-In Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages from SaviorLabs is obtained through one of the following methods:

  1. Completing the opt-in form at https://saviorlabs.com/sms-optin/
  2. Enabling SMS notifications in the SaviorLabs client portal
  3. Providing verbal consent to SaviorLabs staff (logged in our records)

SMS consent is optional and is NOT a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging to receive any product or service from SaviorLabs.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from SaviorLabs. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages. You may also opt out by contacting support@saviorlabs.com or calling (978) 223-2959.

Message Frequency and Costs

The SaviorLabs SMS program is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through our SMS program. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will promptly delete that information.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you in connection with our SMS program
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to our compliance retention requirements)
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly
