SaviorLabs SMS Terms of Use

By opting in to or using the SMS Text Messaging Service (“Service”) offered by SaviorLabs, LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Use. [If applicable, this agreement includes binding arbitration and a waiver of class action rights, as outlined below.]

This agreement is between you and SaviorLabs, LLC, located at 273 Middleton Road, Boxford, MA 01921. References to “SaviorLabs,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to SaviorLabs, LLC and its authorized representatives.

Definitions

  • “Opting In” means enrolling in, requesting, agreeing to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from SaviorLabs.
  • “Text Message Service” refers to any communication in which SaviorLabs sends one or more messages to your mobile number, including but not limited to SMS, MMS, or similar technologies.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive messages, you consent to these SMS Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

E-Sign Disclosure

By consenting to this Service, you also agree to the use of electronic records to document your consent. To withdraw this consent, reply with STOP at any time.

Privacy and Data Usage

We respect your privacy. The information you provide through this Service will be used solely to deliver and respond to mobile messages. This may include sharing information with technology providers, carriers, or vendors who support our messaging infrastructure. Your opt-in data and consent details will never be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may disclose your information as required to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights and property. This SMS-specific privacy policy does not replace our full Privacy Policy, which governs additional data interactions.

Message Frequency

Our text communications are typically initiated by a conversation between you and a SaviorLabs team member. The number and frequency of text messages may vary depending on the context of the conversation and your interaction with our services.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving text messages from a specific SaviorLabs employee or phone number, simply reply with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Since this is a person-to-person service, opt-out commands apply only to that specific number. A confirmation message will be sent to acknowledge your opt-out.
